She was with us every step of the way checking in and keeping things rolling with great communication, professional demeanor, very attentive and excellent customer service. Stuart, the Claims Specialist, was incredible as well. Nobody enjoys having a sudden event happen where you’re looking at a lot of money going out, and our particular situation unfortunately fell outside of something that was covered. However the prompt attention we received from State Farm, as well as open communication and quick follow through does give us a sense of security that should another event happen in the future that is covered under our policy that this team will do everything in their power to make things right. We felt seen, heard, and that every avenue that could be explored, was. A+ for service from State Farm all the way around."
